My story

A few years ago, I experienced burnout myself. I have worked for 20 years in different marketing positions in large organisations performing under high pressure. And I know what it’s like to give 140% all the time. I am also a mother of two teenagers and a wife, and a daughter, and a friend, so I understand what it’s like to juggle different roles as a woman: being the best mom, keeping everything at home under control, and still delivering top performance at work. I started my career in consulting with Deloitte, then moved to the pharmaceutical and health industry, where I continued for 20 years working for big global players. I have worked and lived in different countries in Europe, restarting my career in new markets and cultures. I am certified as an International Coach in 2012 and continued coaching parallel to my marketing career. In 2023, I decided to focus on my passion for coaching and supporting people in their development. Today I do what I have always enjoyed and loved – coaching and helping women and their managers to build Mental Fitness, so they can lead, perform and thrive without burnout building on their strengths and unique talents.

My coaching style is characterised by the positive energy that I bring into a coaching relationship, combined with my rich corporate experience working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.  My coaching clients have told me they  appreciate my engaging presence and ability to balance natural, friendly support with challenging insights, enabling them to work towards their goals. I coach in English, German and Polish.  I am a Positive Intelligence Coach, and I work with breakthrough, research-based tools that strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you.
